Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey
35 Piece Paper Circus Kit.  There is a copyright date of 1948.  Paper is perforated allowing you to punch-out pieces and create a circus scene.
Some pieces are already "punched out" and used.
Also, there are some mechanical paper toys.  This may be a combination of multiple kits as we see some duplicate pieces and, there are pieces which are not shown in the picture on the envelope.  We are unable to determine if all pieces are present.
Condition:  Outer envelope is torn and not intact.  Possible toning of paper.  There are creased, torn and, a couple taped items.
