very rare MAGIC CITY Promo Standee STARZ Cable Channel - necklace lights up 2012

Description

Assembled size is approx 34" x 72" tall.Never assembled, I worked in the marketing dept. of a cable company and these stand posters were designed to be used in local offices.
I think only 500 were made.The necklace and earrings light up, but I do not have the battery pack that connects to the end of the wire connector. It also seems to have some type of censor (the square part) on the back side.
I am not sure if there are any other parts to the display. The characters connect about 4" from the background and the easel is attached to the back.Cont. US shipping only.
It is a guess on the shipping if it goes to the west coast... The last two that I sold in the midwest shipped for approx. .00 .
