Was pulled from a working stereo system but the Savant was only power tested as the licensing agreement had expired. You must have this service to use this device. Sold as is. Again power tested only. Last picture shows the message from Savant.

The Savant Host (SVR-4500) and User Interface Server—within a Savant System—provides numerous functions including high-level automation and control functions, user interface interpretations, system administration, and monitoring.
The SVR-4500, within any Savant System, acts as the
main media server housing and controlling playback of
any iTunes® content and supports mobile devices
®®®® (iPad , iPad mini, iPod touch , and/or iPhone ).
The user interface software resides in the Savant SVR-4500. The user interface software communicates with Savant’s entire line of user interfaces including remotes, keypads, and mobile devices to on-screen displays using applications such as, TrueCommandTM and TrueControlTM.
The user interface software provides advanced two- way control of components and services that are commonly deployed in automation and control environments. A Savant SVR-4500 is a key building block of any audio/video and control, sound, communication or energy monitoring system.
The SVR-4500 is available starting with Release 5.2. When used as a master host, this device requires purchasing a license.
