PLEASE NOTE: THIS AUDIOMETER WAS NOT USED ACTIVELY WITH NO MORE THAN A FEW INSTANCES IN TESTING. WAS LAST CALIBRATED IN 2006 BUT HAS SINCE BEEN ONLY USED A FEW TIMES ONLY SO CALIBRATION IS STILL GREAT. DOES NOT COME WITH AUDIOMETER HEADPHONES - JUST CABLES THAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE INCLUDING BASIC EARPHONES, MICROPHONE, AUDIOMETER CABLE TO CONNECT TO AUDIOMETER TYPE OF HEADPHONES, AND A FEW OTHER PATCH CABLES AND RS-232 CABLE TO CONNECT TO PC. Also, included is the original software manual and a 5.25" floppy disk containing the DOS software program to use with this unit.
I am the original owner!  Kept in a climate-controlled, ventilated, and virtually dust free, media room.  I travel as a consultant so I have not had the opportunity to use this system.  Comes from a smoke-free, professional home and will be packed very carefully.  Please email me if you have any questions prior to your bid.  Comes with only what you see in the photos.  Serial Number:  45729.

The Midimate clinical/diagnostic audiometer is a model of simplicity, and yet it features more operations in its compact frame than many audiometers twice its size.
Compact audiometer - for use in the office or on the road
The Midimate is ideal for routine testing, and features four special tests, internal memory, NOAH compatibility, and external audiogram printout. In addition, up to five pre-programmed test procedures can be preloaded, and activated with the press of a button. Midimate’s complete patient communication and monitoring facilities makes it ideal for sound room installation and speech audiometry. Weighting just 8.6 pounds, the audiometer can also be used for off site testing.
Connectivity for today’s computerized office
The serial data interface on the Midimate 622 audiometer can either be connected to an external printer or to a PC. When installed on a PC with NOAH, the optional Audi-Link™ program lets you transfer audiometric data directly from Midimate to NOAH’s own audiometry screen and patient database. Test information can be stored directly in the NOAH database, and audiograms can be displayed on-screen in real time. When connected to a desktop printer - or to the Zodiac 901 Middle-Ear Analyzer - you can directly print out your audiogram without a PC. Midimate’s PC compatibility safeguards it from becoming obsolete as technology changes.

I provide buyers with the most affordable shipping and handling rates using USPS Priority, USPS Parcel Post, Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground.
