Description

A rare set of two (2) Booths Ltd, England dinner plates with Armorial pattern, circa 1930s. Features blue, gold, red color palate with an Armorial emblem to center against a white ground. The edges are scalloped with gold gilt trim. Each plate measure approx. 9.25" dia. Good vintage condition, light loss to gilt, crazing, one plate has a spots of discoloration - see photos. Stamped on back with Booths Ltd, Made in England hallmarks, also stamped with date codes, one legible stamp number is, 11 37 (Nov. 1937).
