This item is in fair cosmetic condition with
some minor cosmetic wear
from normal use. There are
no
significant
scuff marks or scratches
on the item.  The screen is in good shape with no scratches.

Testing
This item was plugged in and powered on with a 12V power supply (not included). We then connected the monitor to a computer via a VGA cable (not included) and the desktop was displayed on the monitor. After that we used a serial cable to connect the computer to the monitor to test the touch screen, however we could not find a driver that was compatible with our computer. All buttons on the monitor work.
Return Policy
If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
