    Here is a
    good  used OTC (Owatonna Tool Corp.) USA No. 887 chain wrench.
    The gripping jaws are good and crisp.  This wrench is 12" long with a 15" chain.   It is rated for gripping up to 4" outside diameter but you can squeeze 4-1/2" in it.  The chain looks rusty in the photos but every link is very flexible and it moves freely.  There is a initial engraved on the handle that the photo with the red pointer shows.
