antique gaming wheel gambling device card roulette? Very old. I've never seen anything like this, not sure what to call it. It has 2 metal balls that when spun land on 1 of the 4 suits and 1 of the 13 cards. Some letters and a patent # very hard to read,I think it says dictacard. I'm not sure what it's made of looks like bakelite. The inner glass piece is loose but otherwise good condition for it's age
