The Bosch 33614 14.4-volt Brute Tough drill/driver features a steel-reinforced collar that enhances durability and protects the tool when dropped on the chuck. The unibody power train maintains alignment between the clutch, gearbox, and motor to deliver the most durable drive train system on the market. The 33614's DuraShield housing is constructed to withstand real-world conditions. It includes a ratcheting, single-sleeve, 1/2-inch chuck with carbide teeth for one-handed operation and stronger bit grip. Its two-speed gearbox is optimized for two modes of operation: high-torque mode produces more than 475 in./lbs. of torque; high-speed mode generates 1,300 rpm. Bosch designed its power train with the largest metal gears for increased life and durability. The unit's built-in overload protection expands motor life under the toughest applications, and the externally changeable brushes can be replaced in as little as two minutes. Includes snap hook to carry or secure tool, auxiliary handle, two batteries, one-hour charger, and case.
