Vintage 1940-1945 Linen Postcard of North Hero, Vermont. Shows Lake Champlain from Birdland. Town was named after Revolutionary War hero, Ethan Allen. At 2010 Census, the population of North Hero was just 803. Standard size 5.5” x 3.5”. Postally unused. Great small town America scenic postcard depicting lake, rowboats, and a small dock. In excellent to very good condition according to postcard rating system due to very mild corner wear. I can see no other flaws (please see photo). Please see photo and you be the judge. IMPORTANT POSTCARD SHIPPING INFORMATION: For single postcard purchases, you can choose.75 cents for postage, but there will be no tracking number included. This is called a non-machined letter and is handled in such a way so to not bend it. Please understand that if you choose this option you are making an informed decision to take the risk that should your package get lost, there will be no way to track it and I the seller am not to blame (in terms of giving me negative feedback). I will, however, refund you the full price of the postcard and shipping in the rare event that this happens. On multiple postcard orders, please wait until you hear from me before paying as there are several factors that go into calculated shipping on volume pricing. Please do send me your zip code as soon as you can after making a multiple postcard order, however. I would greatly appreciate that as that will be a factor in calculating shipping costs. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Please ask questions before bidding and let the photos guide you as well. US SALES ONLY PLEASE!! I was a long time seller on eBay some 15 years ago with 100% positive feedback. Bid with confidence! Thanks for looking!!
