Use #2 Philips screwdriver or power drill with #2 Philips bit to press and hold down to drywall, and then turn it until the anchor flange is slightly against the drywall. Once the anchor screwed in the wall, you can mount your object with a screw. The recommend the depth of screw in anchor is 1” for the best hold.
