1913 Indiana Porcelain Passenger License Plate, 4-Digit #3421.
Beautiful example of a 1913 Indiana Porcelain Passenger License Plate.  There is  3 small spots touched up(just paint, NO BONDO, can easily be removed with ZERO DAMAGE TO PLATE if you don't like it. Added pics of before it was touched up.) They are as follows; about a quarter sized spot on the top right corner of the 3, about a quarter sized on the lower part of the 3, and around the Right strap hole. 1913 is the only year Indiana had Porcelain License Plate.  Don't miss your chance on owning a great 4 digit for your run.  Only 44,715 Passenger Plate were issued (in pairs).
